Our Delivery Service:
We only deliver in the Ottawa – Gatineau and Orleans regions. A 48-hour delivery notice is required as we cook on an order-to-order basis. A minimum of $50 per order is required. For larger orders of $100 or more, a discount of 10% will apply. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday. Please make sure to have somebody receive your order as it is a perishable food. Heating Instruction:
All of our meals are fully cooked and only need to be reheated to fully enjoy them. The reheating times are approximate. You may need to adjust, based on the number of products, and preferred eating temperature. In all cases, we recommend defrosting any frozen meals completely before following the reheating instructions. This can be done by letting the meal thaw in your fridge overnight.
Products can be frozen or defrosted before heating. There are two methods to do so. Boil-in-bag or microwave. Boil-in-bag is preferable. Count approximately 25 minutes for frozen food and 15 mn for defrosting. If using the microwave count 5-7mn. Specifics instruction are provided with your purchase.
Place the bag in a properly sized pot and cover it with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 15mn. Remove contents from the bag and serve.
