Dupuy Lentils are nutty flavored and have very little starch content. They are grown in Saskatchewan Province. We cooked them in a mirepoix of carrots, onions, celery, and spices. This dish comes with a German garlic sausage. Du puy lentils are an excellent source of B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc as well as plant-based protein and fiber.

Famous for its tastier than your average lentils, Dupuy Lentils lentils keep their shape well and are the perfect protein-packed alternative to meat, rice, or potatoes. These peppery Du puy lentils are grown in Le Puy-en-Velay, an area of Southern, France. They are also grown in Saskatchewan, Canada.
