Ingredients: Pasta sheets, Spinach, Kale, fennel, eggplant, sweet pepper, asparagus, grape tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 35% cream, Tomato sauce, spices.

Heating Instructions; For best result, thaw in refrigerator overnight before heating.

Method 1 Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350f or 175c. Remove the plastic lid of the container and put in place a foil aluminum sheet on top. Place the container in the oven on the middle rack. Heat for approximately 25-30mn. 

Method 2: Microwave oven: Remove content from the container. Place the lasagna in a dish and into the microwave. Heat at medium temperature for approximately 5mn or until hot enough to your satisfaction
